Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after payment is received. Depending on the product, the shipment may originate from Hong Kong or Guangdong, China.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your package. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email at service@edgeherit.com or through our online customer service. We typically respond within 2-48 hours.

After your order has shipped, delivery is expected within 7-15 days, depending on the customs clearance process in your country. In some cases, delivery may be as fast as 5 days or take up to 30 days at most. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can prioritize resolving the issue.

Exchange & Return

Order Not Received:

If your order has not arrived within 45 days, we will consider it lost. This may be due to shipping issues or customs delays, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Please provide your order number and indicate whether you prefer a full refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement. If the original order is found after a refund or replacement, please contact us to arrange a return.


Return Charges:

If an item is returned to us due to the following reasons, we will deduct 20% of the purchase price plus any incurred fees:

Undeliverable address

Failure to pick up the item from the local post office or designated collection point



Damage Report:

We photograph each product before shipping to ensure it leaves our facility in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please promptly photograph the packaging and the damaged product, and contact our customer support at service@edgeherit.com


We will compare your photos with our pre-shipment records to assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.
